Almanac connects to your Amazon seller account with your authorization and brings profitability, advertising, inventory, shipments and search performance together into one reporting environment — refreshed hourly, without spreadsheet exports. Built for brands selling on Amazon.

Every Amazon marketplace, in that marketplace's own currency. Brands selling across several regions are reported together and separately.
Data refreshes hourly. Reports are not overnight batches, so a change in spend or stock shows up the same working day.
Authorize Almanac in Seller Central and your data is available straight away. No implementation project, no data migration, no onboarding fee.
Most reporting ranks accounts on one shared line, so a brand working to a 22% TACOS target and a brand working to 12% get scored as though they were the same business. Almanac measures each brand against its own target and its own ceiling, then sorts by distance from plan.
What surfaces first is what is genuinely off track — not whichever account happens to be largest. Issues are graded critical, high or watch, so a portfolio of brands can be triaged in one screen instead of opened one at a time.

Almanac reads data from the authorized Amazon seller account and turns it into reporting that refreshes hourly, raising an alert when a metric moves outside its expected range. What it covers falls into four areas — money, advertising, supply, and listings and account health. Reporting functions are read-only, and authorization can be withdrawn at any time, which immediately ends our access.

Consolidates order revenue, referral and fulfilment fees, refunds, reimbursements and settlement data into a net margin figure per product, per marketplace and per period — replacing manual reconciliation of Amazon settlement reports.
Records list and selling prices over time, reports the margin impact of price changes and promotions, and applies price updates approved by the seller within limits the seller defines.
Imports Sponsored Products, Brands and Display data including search term reports, and reports spend, sales, ACOS and TACOS by ad type, match type and placement alongside the profitability data for the same products.
Reports search query performance for the brand's products — impressions, clicks and purchase share by customer search term — and compares it against advertising performance for the same terms to separate organic from paid contribution.
Monitors available, reserved and inbound stock against sales velocity, projects days of cover remaining, and raises alerts for stock-out and overstock risk. Order data is aggregated for demand and replenishment planning.
Tracks inbound FBA shipments from creation through receipt at the fulfilment centre, flags shipments delayed in transit or partially received, and reconciles units shipped against units checked in.
Tracks inventory held in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution alongside FBA stock, reports distribution shipments moving from AWD into fulfilment centres, and flags when replenishment is needed to maintain cover.
Surfaces seller account performance indicators and listing compliance signals, and raises open issues against each account graded critical, high or watch. Every brand is measured against its own target and ceiling rather than a shared line, so a portfolio view sorts by what genuinely needs attention first.
Retrieves current listing attributes, images and A+ content for review, reports incomplete or non-compliant listing data, and applies approved listing and content updates on the seller's instruction.
Most Amazon software and agencies quote only on request. We publish what Almanac costs and exactly what moves the price. It is a fixed monthly fee per seller account, depending on how many active products and marketplaces are connected and whether Growster also manages the account. No usage charges, no per-report fees, no setup fee.
For brands on a Growster account management or advertising retainer, Almanac is included at no additional cost. The retainer itself is scoped to the brand and quoted separately.
For brands not on a retainer. The entry price covers one marketplace and up to 50 active products; larger catalogues and additional marketplaces are quoted in bands. Request a quote below for a written figure.

Almanac accesses an Amazon seller account only after the seller authorizes the application through Amazon's official authorization process. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time, which immediately ends our access.
Data retrieved from a seller account is used only to produce reporting and analysis for that same seller. It is never sold, never shared with other sellers, and never used to inform a competing business.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role to authorized personnel. Credentials and access tokens are held in a dedicated secret store and are never embedded in application code.
Data is retained only while it is needed to provide reporting, and is deleted on request or when the engagement ends. Full detail is set out in our privacy policy.
